That’s why we don’t use online booking engines—we prefer to connect directly by phone or email to help you plan your stay. We do not accept local guests or long-term tenants, and the owners live on-site to ensure a safe, welcoming, and authentic experience for all travelers.

- Cancellation policy: A $30 non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of booking to secure your room. This fee will be applied toward your stay. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to reserved stay, or failure to show, will result in a charge of $30 plus the first night’s room rate. For holidays and special events, cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival—or no- shows—will be charged for all nights reserved, in addition to the non-refundable reservation fee.
